Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team and drive our content strategy across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals, while also managing a team of content creators. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of hands-on content production, editorial planning and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, social media, videos, newsletters, and more.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators.
• Collaborate with marketing, partners and agents to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content produced and distributed.
• Stay current with industry trends, digital tools and content best practices.

Requirements

• Storytelling Mastery - Knows how to weave a visual narrative that captivates the audience and delivers a powerful message.
• Should Be Passionate and Inspiring - Must have a burning desire to create, experiment and grow in their craft.
• Previous experience in real estate is must.
• Adaptability - Real estate is a fast-paced environment. Should have the ability in working with tight deadlines or adjusting to an agent’s specific needs. Flexibility and resourcefulness go a long way in this field.
• Communication and Organization - Must have excellent communication skills, an ability to coordinate multiple tasks and demands and the patience to work through any issues that arise.
• Driver's License is a must.
• Own car is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
