Role Overview:

You will lead the creation and execution of marketing‑and‑social‑media strategies tailored to our health & well‑being resort. Your mission: amplify our wellness story, engage our audiences, convert interest into bookings, and build lifetime guest relationships. You will oversee content, campaigns, analytics, partnerships, and collaborate across operations (spa, F&B, wellness, guest services).

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with resort’s wellness brand, target markets (domestic/international) and business goals.
  • Build and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,YouTube, LinkedIn (if relevant).
  • Create (or oversee creation of) high‑quality, visually compelling content: photos, videos, reels, stories, blogs — showcasing wellness experiences, spa treatments, healthy cuisine, guest transformations, resort ambience.
  • Collaborate with on‑site departments (spa, fitness, F&B, guest experiences) to capture authentic lifestyle content.
  • Manage influencer / collaborations, media visits, and guest‑story features that align with the health/wellness brand.
  • Monitor, engage and build online community: respond to comments/messages, facilitate guest interactions, manage social listening.
  • Paid social and digital ad campaigns: set up, monitor, optimise.
  • Maintain brand voice, visual identity and message consistency across all digital and social channels.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, partner collaborations) to promote wellness packages, retreats, seasonal offers, membership programmes, etc.
  • Analyse market segments (wellness travellers, retreat seekers, corporate wellness programmes) and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage marketing budget for digital/social initiatives; coordinate with agencies or in‑house team for content production, media buying, photo/video shoots.
  • Maintain marketing collateral (print + digital): brochures, newsletters, on‑site signage, etc, ensuring alignment with wellness brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing/social media management, preferably in hospitality, luxury resort, wellness, or health‑travel sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media.
  • Proven experience creating engaging content and managing social platforms.
  • Analytical skills: comfortable with data, metrics and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) and sense for storytelling.
  • Creative mindset, with good visual sense and ideally experience in photo/video production coordination.
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, collaborate cross‑functionally and adapt to a dynamic resort‑environment (which may include weekends or event coverage).
  • (Preferred) Experience in wellness/health‑travel, spa, lifestyle branding; knowledge of global wellness tourism trends.
