Job Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded and creative Content Writer from a literature or philosophy background who can manage the complete content lifecycle—ideation, writing, editing, optimization, and publishing. The ideal candidate blends creative storytelling with technical accuracy and strategic thinking. Apart from producing high-quality content, this individual will lead internal training sessions to guide the team in content writing, communication, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, research, and create compelling content across blogs, websites, whitepapers, newsletters, and social platforms.

Integrate technical accuracy with creative expression to represent the brand voice authentically.

Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, audience insights, and digital marketing goals.

Manage content development end-to-end, including editing, publishing, and analytics review.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce impactful content assets.

Conduct regular in-house training sessions and workshops to mentor team members in writing techniques, storytelling, and effective communication.

Write thought-provoking pieces that reflect literary depth and philosophical insight while staying relevant to the brand’s goals.

Use AI writing tools only when necessary, demonstrating awareness of their capabilities and limitations.

Maintain an independent creative profile, with at least some published work featured by a third-party online or offline publication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Literature, Philosophy, Journalism, or related field.

Proven track record as a content writer with strong creative and analytical abilities.

Experience balancing artistic writing style with technical clarity and marketing objectives.

Expertise in editing, grammar, and storytelling with a polished command of language.

Working knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools.

Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools, but preference for manual, thought-driven writing.

Experience creating content that has been published by recognized media platforms or independent publishers.

Ability to conduct workshops and guide others in writing and communication skills.
