We are now looking for a Content Creator who can wear many hats, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with us as we scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven female Content Creator to join our team. Rouh is a women-focused clothing brand, and we are looking for someone who deeply understands women’s fashion, trends, and storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, viral-worthy content for our brand while also supporting community engagement and influencer collaborations. As a startup, we need someone who is proactive, versatile, and excited to take ownership of multiple responsibilities to help drive Rouh’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Plan, shoot, and edit content (photo, video, reels, stories, TikToks, etc.) that showcases Rouh’s clothing line in a creative and engaging way.

Develop ideas for viral campaigns tailored to fashion audiences.

Stay on top of content trends in clothing, lifestyle, and youth culture.

Community Engagement & Support:

Manage and respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries with professionalism and brand voice.

Provide excellent client support, helping build strong relationships with our community.

Influencer & Partner Coordination:

Identify, contact, and build relationships with influencers, models, and collaborators.

Organize influencer partnerships, content shoots, and campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the founders on campaign ideas and brand direction.

Support with any other creative or organizational needs as they arise (startup mentality).

Requirements

Based in Cairo, ideally in or near Maadi.

Proven experience creating viral fashion/clothing content – please share examples.

Strong skills in photo and video editing for social media.

Creative eye for fashion, branding, and social media trends.

Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).

Comfortable multitasking in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
