We are looking for a talented Video Editor / Content Creator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cinematic video editing and proficient in using industry-standard editing software. Your role will involve creating, editing, and enhancing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing: Create and edit high-quality, cinematic videos for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website content, and other digital assets.
- Content Creation: Develop original video content that aligns with our brand’s storytelling approach and resonates with our audience.
- Cinematic Visual Storytelling: Employ cinematic techniques and innovative storytelling to enhance viewer engagement and ensure a polished, professional look in all video content.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute visual content that meets project goals.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand aesthetics and uphold quality standards across all video projects.
- Multi-Platform Adaptation: Edit and adapt video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring optimal video length and aspect ratios.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of video editing trends, tools, and techniques, applying fresh ideas and styles to your work.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in video editing and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing cinematic video work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and a working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for content enhancement.
- Storytelling Skills: A deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and how to create emotional impact through editing techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with an eye for color grading, sound design, and audio quality.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh, innovative ideas that align with brand vision.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator, capable of receiving and implementing constructive feedback and collaborating with other team members.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with social media trends and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and sound.
- Experience in creating content for digital marketing campaigns or e-commerce.
