Job Title: Content Creator Location: Esight Solutions, Angamaly Department: Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision and connects with our target audience. The role demands expertise in video planning, content strategy, creative writing, and digital branding - with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Malayalam. Key Responsibilities: ● Video Planning & Production: Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging video content for social media and digital platforms. ● Content Strategy: Develop platform-specific content strategies that align with brand goals and audience behavior. ● Content Research: Conduct research to identify trending topics, audience interests, and new content opportunities. ● Copywriting: Write compelling, error-free, and creative copy for social media, campaigns, and digital promotions. ● Brand Management: Ensure consistent tone, style, and branding across all media and communication channels. ● Client Coordination: Participate in client meetings and present content ideas, strategies, and deliverables professionally. ● Leadership & Collaboration: Take initiative in planning campaigns, managing creative tasks, and collaborating with design and marketing teams. ● Independent Execution: Manage projects and deliverables efficiently with minimal supervision. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. ● Strong command of English and Malayalam (spoken and written). ● Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, etc.). ● Excellent understanding of digital trends, brand communication, and marketing strategies. ● Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities. ● Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualities: ● Innovative thinker with a strong sense of visual and written storytelling. ● Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented. ● Capable of handling end-to-end content campaigns independently. Evaluation Process: Level 1: Self-introduction video (English & Malayalam) to assess confidence and communication skills. Level 2: ● Trending content idea generation ● Brand strategy proposal ● Copywriting sample

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
