Responsibilities:

  •  Develop engaging scripts, visuals, and content ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and motion/3D teams to bring creative concepts to life. 
  •  Research and stay updated on social media trends, short-form content formats, and emerging storytelling techniques.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the creative process with fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and apply insights to improve future outputs.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Support the development and implementation of social media and marketing strategies, helping track progress toward campaign goals and objectives.
  • Direct and oversee quality control during shoots (both off-site and on-site) to ensure high production standards are maintained and that scripts are fully produced and delivered as intended.



Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media at a creative agency.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, or visual editing skills.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • A creative mindset and passion for digital trends.
  • Portfolio or samples of past work showcasing your content.
