Job Brief:

To Implement Emkan’s social media presence by developing and executing content strategies that strengthen the brand image, drive audience engagement, and support business objectives. The Social Media Specialist ensures all social communications reflect Emkan’s tone of voice, visual identity, and brand positioning as a leading digital lender.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar aligned with campaign plans and product priorities.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop social content (static posts, motion graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Draft and review social copy in both Arabic and English to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand tone.

Schedule, publish, and monitor content across key platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).

  • Identify opportunities for real-time engagement and community growth.
  • Escalate and coordinate with internal teams for inquiries requiring follow-up or action.
  • Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, CTR, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance content performance and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social sentiment to identify shifts in brand perception and emerging issues.
  • Summarize sentiment trends in monthly reports and provide actionable insights to the brand team.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media formats.
  • Work closely with brand team to ensure messaging consistency across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for campaign rollouts, events, and product launches.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
