Rooya is seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our Riyadh team. The role leads digital campaigns, content, and channel management, tying marketing activity to tangible B2B outcomes that support business growth.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-oriented B2B marketer to run Arabic/English campaigns, produce clear content, manage landing pages and email, and track performance with simple dashboards. The role includes coordinating and validating our external marketing partner’s deliverables, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid/organic campaigns in Arabic and English.
• Maintain a content calendar; craft posts, emails, and landing pages.
• Track CPL, conversions, email open/click; optimize continuously.
• Develop expert-level product/solution knowledge (value, use cases, competitive context) and translate features into clear benefits.
• Keep CRM data clean and connect results to pipeline.
• Coordinate/oversee the marketing partner and vendors: review outputs, align messaging, verify schedules/budgets/KPIs.
• Support sales collateral and event readiness as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.
• 3+ years in B2B marketing.
• Strong English (writing/editing) and fluent Arabic.
• Practical experience with ads, analytics, CRM, and email tools.
• Proven ability to write persuasive copy, stay organized, and make data-based decisions.
