About The Team

Join our dynamic Brand Marketing & Creative team, where we shape Careem's voice across markets and verticals. Our team thrives on creativity, data-driven insights, and the drive to make an impact through compelling storytelling and localised campaigns. We work collaboratively across functions to elevate the Careem brand and build deep connections with our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Localise and implement marketing strategies aligned with Careem's brand positioning and business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development, from brief to execution, in collaboration with creative, content, digital, and external agency teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including growth, commercial, operations, and product to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives
  • Manage local agency relationships, vendors, and partnerships to maximise campaign reach and performance
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Identify cultural trends and customer insights to develop campaigns that resonate deeply with local audiences

What You'll Need

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing roles, ideally within consumer tech, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors
  • Proven track record in executing successful multi-channel campaigns and managing agencies or vendors
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi consumer landscape, media channels, and cultural context
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Arabic language fluency is a must
