Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator with 3–4 years of professional experience in producing engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, create, and execute high-quality content across social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns. This role requires strong storytelling skills, an understanding of digital trends, and hands-on experience in content writing, scripting, and basic multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities:Content Development

• Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, and marketing channels.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, blogs, product descriptions, and campaign content.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Develop creative ideas for daily, weekly, and monthly content.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Collaborate with the social media team to produce platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

Brand Communication

• Ensure brand consistency in all content across platforms.
• Develop storytelling content that strengthens brand identity and enhances consumer engagement.
• Brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Multimedia Production

• Assist in shooting short-form videos, reels, product displays, and storytelling content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality production.
• Basic editing for images and videos is a plus.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and conceptual storytelling skills.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and trend adaptation.
• Ability to work with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore.
