Content Creator

We want a creator who understands how to produce content that actually wins attention. If you cannot generate ideas shoot properly or edit with precision you will not keep up here. This role requires creativity backed with skill not random posting. You must know how to turn raw concepts into high performing short form content for social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and produce engaging short form videos for daily and weekly posting
Shoot content with proper lighting framing and clean setups
Edit videos with strong pacing sharp cuts and clear storytelling
Create lifestyle product and behind the scenes content whenever required
Track performance insights and adjust content based on real data
Stay updated with trends and apply them before they become saturated
Organize footage and maintain a clean workflow
Support the marketing team with content ideas for campaigns and launches

Requirements
Proven skills in shooting and editing short form content
Strong command of CapCut Adobe Premiere Lightroom or similar tools
Understanding of hooks retention tactics and platform psychology
Ability to shoot with your own phone or camera confidently
Creative thinking with the discipline to deliver consistently
A portfolio proving your work is actual content not casual videos
Full time availability onsite in Lahore
