Role Overview
The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality visual and written content that brings the brand to life across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in storytelling, audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns through the creation of channel-specific, creative content. The ideal candidate is innovative, hands-on, and performance-driven, with a strong understanding of social and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Production
- Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, stories, static posts, blog visuals, and digital assets.
- Develop platform-specific content formats optimized for TikTok, Instagram, website, and email marketing.
- Handle end-to-end content production, from concept development to shooting, editing, and publishing.
2. Brand Alignment & Storytelling
- Translate brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives into compelling, on-brand content.
- Ensure all content supports brand awareness, engagement, reach, and conversion goals.
- Adapt storytelling style to suit different channels while maintaining brand consistency.
3. Content Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and social media teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance, including engagement rate, reach, views, saves, and clicks.
- Use insights and trends to continuously optimize content formats, messaging, and creative direction.
- Test new content styles and formats to improve performance.
5. Asset Management
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date library of content assets (photos, videos, raw files, edited files).
- Ensure content is easily accessible and reusable across teams and platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photo, video, and social content.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
