MonkiBox is a fast-growing early learning company based in Dubai, delivering science-backed Play Boxes for babies and toddlers across the GCC.

Our mission is to make parenting easier and help children reach their developmental milestones through play. We’re a small, passionate team serving thousands of parents across the UAE, KSA, and beyond, and we’re looking for a creative Content Creator who loves filming, editing, and making engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create videos, trends, and stories that reflect MonkiBox’s purpose and bring our brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. Think of yourself as both the creator and the storyteller — showing the world MonkiBox through your eye, your creativity, and your Gen Z energy.

If you live on social media and enjoy turning simple ideas into scroll-stopping videos, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that match MonkiBox’s tone, aesthetic, and message
• Act as the face or voice in select videos — camera-friendly, confident, and natural
• Spot and adapt viral trends, audios, and formats into MonkiBox-style content
• Capture clean, aesthetic product moments, unboxings, hands-on play shots, and behind-the-scenes clips
• Collaborate with our marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
• Join weekly brainstorms and present fresh concepts, storylines, and content ideas
• Track content performance and audience feedback to refine what comes next

• Recent graduate or early-career creator (0–2 years experience)
• A natural storyteller who spends time on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong filming skills on phone (steady framing, lighting, composition)
• Fast editing on CapCut/Adobe Rush
• Passionate about creativity, aesthetics, products, and visual storytelling
• Strong sense of what makes a moment engaging, funny, satisfying, or emotional
• Portfolio required (IG/TikTok/Drive links)
