We are seeking an experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic team to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our audience.

Job Overview:

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing product-specific content that communicates the value of our REM software to real estate professionals. Your writing will help our target audience understand the benefits and features of the product, and you will play a key role in making complex concepts clear and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will also help in developing blogs, articles, website content, case studies, and other marketing materials that align with our brand voice and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Write clear, compelling, and engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, product descriptions, and social media platforms.

· Product Understanding: Develop an in-depth understanding of our REM software to effectively communicate its features, benefits, and use cases.

· Audience-Centric Writing: Ensure that the content is tailored for our target audience, including real estate professionals and individuals looking to optimize their business using technology.

· SEO Best Practices: Research and implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of our content online. This includes keyword research, content optimization, and adhering to SEO guidelines to boost organic traffic.

· Market Research: Keep up with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry (both locally and globally) to ensure our content stays relevant and insightful.

· Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that content aligns with overall marketing strategies and product features.

· Content Strategy: Contribute ideas for new content formats, topics, and strategies that will engage users and help drive leads or conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience: At least 2 years of content writing experience, with a strong portfolio of written work. Experience in writing for tech-related industries is a plus.

· Real Estate Knowledge: While deep expertise in Dubai's real estate market is not a requirement, familiarity with the general real estate sector, trends, and terminology is expected. Experience with software solutions for real estate professionals is an advantage.

· SEO Skills: Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques to ensure content ranks well in search engines.

· Writing Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

· Adaptability: Able to quickly grasp complex concepts and explain them in a simple, easy-to-understand way for a wide audience.

· Research: Proficient in conducting thorough research to gather accurate information and incorporate it into content pieces.

· Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and content creation software is an asset.
