Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator with strong marketing expertise to join our entertainment team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of pop culture, digital trends, and audience engagement, with the ability to create compelling content that builds hype, drives fan engagement, and strengthens brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-impact content for social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and promotions
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to entertainment audiences
• Manage content calendars for releases, events, talent promotions, and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, creative, and Business Development teams
• Write, edit, and publish content including captions, scripts, blogs, and promotional copy
• Track content performance, audience engagement, and campaign results
• Stay updated with entertainment trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Marketer, or similar role (entertainment preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience psychology, and brand storytelling
• Excellent writing and creative communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other platforms
• Knowledge of SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) analytics, and performance-driven content
• Ability to balance creativity with marketing goals and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with artists, influencers, or media brands
• Video scripting, basic editing, or visual storytelling skills
• Experience with launches, promotions, or viral marketing campaigns
