Content Creator

Job Purpose

To plan, create, and manage high-quality creative content that reflects the brand identity, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives across various digital platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1️ Content Creation

  • Produce written, visual, and video content (texts, images, videos, reels, stories, shorts).
  • Write creative captions aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and identity.
  • Develop innovative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, seasons, and events.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats across different platforms.

2️ Social Media Management

  • Publish content according to the approved content calendar.
  • Monitor and engage with audience interactions (comments, messages, inquiries) in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Track post performance and suggest continuous improvements.

3️ Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly content plans in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Reach, Engagement, Views, CTR).
  • Prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.

4️ Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Ensure full compliance with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Coordinate with designers or photographers when required.
  • Maintain high content quality in terms of language, visuals, and overall presentation.

5️ Event Coverage

  • Cover events, promotions, launches, and special activities on-site or digitally.
  • Create real-time content (Live, Stories) when needed.

Required Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or branded environments is a plus.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

  • Strong creative writing skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (mobile editing or simple software).

  • High creativity and idea-generation ability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and deadline commitment.
  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.

Work Environment

  • Office-based with fieldwork as required.
  • Relatively flexible working hours depending on campaigns and events.
  • Continuous coordination with marketing, operations, and design teams.
