Content Creator & Studio Assistant

ROLE SUMMARY

Dilara Beauty Salon is looking for a creative and organized Content Creator & Studio Assistant to support both our digital presence and daily operations.

This role combines visual storytelling with hands-on support in a premium beauty environment. You will help capture the Dilara experience through refined content while also assisting with coordination and administrative tasks.

CONTENT CREATION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film treatments, transformations, and salon atmosphere
• Capture before & after content
• Create reels, TikToks, and daily Instagram Stories
• Edit short-form videos in a clean, luxury style
• Assist during campaign shoots
• Maintain and organize content library

CAMPAIGN & HOLIDAY CONTENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and create content for key seasonal campaigns including:
• Ramadan
• Eid
• National Day
• Valentine’s Day
• Summer campaigns
• Salon promotions and launches
• Capture themed visuals aligned with the brand aesthetic
• Assist in preparing props, styling, and setups for campaign shoots
• Create reels, stories, and posts to support campaign launches
• Ensure content is delivered ahead of campaign dates
• Share creative ideas for seasonal promotions

STUDIO & ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with basic administrative and coordination tasks
• Help prepare treatment areas for filming
• Assist with booking confirmations when required
• Organize props, supplies, and content tools
• Support management with day-to-day tasks
• Assist during busy salon hours when needed
• Accompany management to events, meetings, or brand activations to capture content and provide support
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned to support the smooth operation of the salon

KPIs

• 12–16 reels per month
• Daily Instagram Story coverage
• Consistent visual and brand quality
• Reliable operational support

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills
• Strong eye for aesthetics and detail
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form content
• Organized and able to multitask
• Basic admin and coordination skills
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Driving license is a plus

EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years in content creation preferred
• Beauty or lifestyle experience is a plus
• Portfolio or social media examples required

JOB DETAILS

Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 (based on experience)

Female candidates only (ladies salon environment)

Flexibility to attend occasional events when required
