Content Creator

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and organized content creator with a genuine passion for working with young children. This role focuses on attracting new clients, capturing meaningful moments across the center, creating engaging digital content, and supporting events and campaigns while ensuring alignment with our brand identity. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling in an early childhood setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging visual and written content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphic designs (posters, social media posts, flyers), ensuring consistency with the center’s brand and values.
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment, outreach, and visibility, attracting new families through creative storytelling and content-driven campaigns.
• Assist in identifying and supporting partnerships, collaborations, events, and community initiatives that enhance the center’s presence and engagement.
• Be an active part of the administrative team, providing ongoing support to the EY leadership in daily operational matters as needed.
• Contribute to planning, coordination, and continuous improvement by proposing ideas, supporting execution, and monitoring content performance.
• Strong interest or prior experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is highly desirable.

Requirements

· Experience or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Digital Content Creation, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.

· Strong creative and organizational skills

· Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· ⁠⁠Attention to detail and strong communication skills
