About Us

Imagination Mining Company is building the next generation of trading card games. We are seeking a high energy, camera ready Content Creator who understands sports, trading cards, and social media, and who can bring personality and professionalism to the screen. This is an in office role based in Columbia, South Carolina. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Our current games include:

• Bo Jackson Battle Arena – A sports-themed trading card game inspired by legendary athlete Bo Jackson.
• Wonders of The First – A fantasy-themed trading card game. Familiarity with games like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or similar TCGs would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Video & Podcast Creation – Assist in scripting, recording, editing, and producing engaging video and podcast content related to our games.
• Social Media Management – Create engaging content (videos, images, and text) for social media, schedule posts, engage with the community, and develop strategies to grow our audience across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Live & Event Coverage – Stream or provide content from live events, tournaments, and conventions.
• Graphic & Promotional Content – Work with designers to develop visually appealing assets for digital marketing.
• Gameplay & Strategy Content – Create educational or entertaining content about the mechanics, strategies, and lore of our games.
• Community Engagement – Interact with fans, respond to comments, and cultivate an active and passionate player base.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about trading card games, gaming, and/or sports and sports trading cards.
• Strong video editing and content production skills (experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software preferred).
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop,InDesign, etc.)
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking about games and strategy.
• Experience with social media marketing and growing engagement.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, etc.) is a plus.
