Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with 3–4 years of experience in content creation, editing, and marketing for a dynamic real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content across multiple platforms, staying updated with the latest real estate rules and trends, and supporting the marketing team in video creation, scriptwriting, and promotional material design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Produce engaging videos, write scripts, and design flyers to promote properties and real estate services.
• Ensure all content aligns with the latest Dubai real estate regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to produce property listings, promotional campaigns, and newsletters.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice, style, and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, suggesting improvements to increase engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in content creation, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
• Strong skills in video creation, scriptwriting, flyer design, and content editing.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Dubai real estate rules, regulations, and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong portfolio of previous work.
