Job Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Content Creator for one of our clients.We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented Content Creator who can develop visually engaging and compelling digital content. The role involves content planning, creation, short-form video production, photography, social media management, and performance analysis, aligned with the client’s brand storytelling and digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and viral content.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and target audience.
• Create and publish engaging content including memes, captions, reels, videos, and photos.
• Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos showcasing products and brand stories.
• Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography aligned with brand aesthetice
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Track content performance and use insights to optimize future content strategies.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media algorithms.
• Creative writing and storytelling skills.
• Video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Photography skills with strong aesthetic sense.
• Content planning, execution, and trend analysis ability.

Tools / Software

• CapCut

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Science, Marketing, or a related field

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
