Key Responsibilities

Production

• Shoot high-quality video and photography (studio, factory, lifestyle, travel, drone, testimonials)
• Travel to events, owner meetups, and customer locations
• Direct talent (customers, founders, team members) on camera

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit long-form and short-form video (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Ads)
• Color grade, sound design, and optimize for platform performance
• Create motion graphics and lightweight animations
• Repurpose content across multiple formats for multiple channels
• Leverage AI tools in post production

Publishing & Optimization

• Post and manage content on social platforms
• Keep an organized calendar
• Collaborate on paid ad creative testing
• Analyze performance and iterate

Strategic Contribution

• Propose creative concepts aligned with growth objectives
• Contribute to campaign ideation with the Marketing team
• Help build a scalable content engine
• Maintain brand consistency across channels

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience in video production & photography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both lifestyle and product work
• Experience shooting high-end consumer products
• Strong understanding of vertical video and paid social formats
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Willingness to travel
• Love for the outdoors

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in automotive, RV, outdoor, or luxury brands
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives
• Drone certification
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000
