Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Creator to develop engaging and original content across digital platforms. This role involves storytelling, content planning, and execution aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, websites, and campaigns
• Develop content calendars and content strategies
• Collaborate with designers and video teams
• Research trends and audience preferences
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and messaging
• Monitor content performance and optimize accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to create content aligned with UAE cultural values and national initiatives
• Arabic copywriting or bilingual (Arabic & English) content experience is a strong advantage
• Experience working on regional or government-related campaigns is a plus

Key Performance Indicators

• Publish content consistently according to the approved content calendar (95%+ adherence)
• Achieve a minimum of 10% average engagement rate across social media platforms
• Deliver content revisions within 24 hours of feedback
• Grow audience engagement metrics quarter-over-quarter by at least 15%
