Role Description

Prime Signature is seeking a full-time Content Specialist for an on-site role at our office in Cairo, Egypt. The Content Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and curating high-quality content to align with the organization's strategies and goals. Responsibilities include creating and strategizing web content, implementing content management processes, and ensuring consistency and effectiveness across various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with teams to enhance communication strategies and ensure the delivery of engaging content to target audiences.

Key Activities:

• Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and developing creative Content Strategies
• Experience in Content Management and maintaining consistency across multiple platforms
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams & etc.,
• Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered
• Meets business metrics and goals, KPI's, SLA, and quality targets
• Writing skills (product description / marketing tone)
• Understanding of customer behavior
• To ensure meeting a minimum of 95% quality score by avoiding entry mistakes
• Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry
• Update data in appropriate systems in accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging
• Contributes to project improvement ideas
• Proactively raises issues and solve it
• Collect product information
• Translating content from English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Creating and editing content to raise brand awareness
• Follow images guidelines and Edit, If Applicable
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in e-commerce or technology solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools and content management systems is advantageous

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ Years of relevant experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Good command of English & Arabic (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic understanding of SEO is a plus
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month
