About The Role

We are seeking a Content Creator (On- Camera Talent) who is deeply "plugged into the internet" and understands the mechanics of viral content. This is not a role for graphic design or copywriting. We need an individual who understands organic social media from the inside out and can appear on camera with the natural energy required to stop a user's scroll

What You'll Be Doing

• On-Camera Talent: Act as the face and talent for client UGC and branded content across TikTok and Instagram.
• Trend Analysis: Research daily trends to identify what is performing and how to apply those insights to client strategies.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute original concepts to monthly creative briefs and help develop scripts built for organic reach.
• Strategy Development: Work with Account Managers to create platform-native content strategies.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of algorithm changes, format shifts, and emerging content styles

• Performance-Driven: Comfortable and confident on camera; you perform rather than freeze.
• Platform Fluent: Deeply knowledgeable about the culture and features of TikTok and Instagram.
• Strategic & Practical: A trend-spotter with fast reaction times whose creative ideas are also executable.
• Collaborative: A team player who can take direction while maintaining a strong creative voice
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1–2 years in content creation (agency, brand-side, or personal platform).
• Proven Presence: Demonstrated on-camera presence and comfort representing multiple brands.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends, formats, and algorithms.
• Portfolio: A required portfolio or content showreel demonstrating range and performance.
• Communication: Excellent skills in pitching ideas and explaining their strategic value.
