Content Creator

Silki is looking for a hands-on Content Creator who lives and breathes content - from the first spark of an idea to the final edit going live.

This role is for someone who understands that great content isn't just posted it's crafted. Someone who can spot a trend early, translate skincare science into engaging storytelling, and create showstopping, entertaining content that stops the scroll and builds brand credibility.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Conceptualising and executing content across:
  • Instagram & Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Campaigns & launches
• Turning skincare education into engaging, digestible content
• Creating short form video content (Reels, TikToks, product explainers)
• Shooting and editing content independently
• Working to tight deadlines and content schedules
• Staying on top of content trends, pop culture, and platform shifts while keeping Silki's premium positioning intact
• Building content that drives:
  • Engagement
  • Brand trust
  • Conversion
    

What We're Looking For

• A strong creative eye and a natural instinct for entertainment
• Background or genuine interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or performing arts
• Comfortable in front of and behind the camera
• A born entertainer - this could be a content creator, performer, or theatre kid
• Ability to take an idea and run with it - independently
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what performs on each
• Ability to balance creativity with clarity and brand consistency
• Comfortable working with:
  • DJI equipment
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • CapCut (or similar editing tools)

This role does not require a traditional marketing background - we're looking for personality, performance, and creative instinct.
