Content Creator and multimedia designer

Job Purpose

The Content Creator & Multimedia Designer is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality

visual content that drives brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a unique blend of

technical videography, cinematic editing, professional graphic design, and the integration of AI-driven

creative tools. The incumbent must be a proactive "idea generator" capable of executing high-end

property marketing assets with minimal supervision in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Post-Production: Handle full-cycle video production, including storyboarding, onsite

filming (property tours, lifestyle content), and advanced post-production (color grading, sound

engineering, and motion graphics).

Graphic & Digital Design: Create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media

platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and print-ready marketing collateral (brochures, outdoor

signage).

AI Platform Management: Actively utilize and implement AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe

Firefly, Runway) to optimize workflow efficiency, generate concepts, and enhance visual output.

Content Strategy & Ideation: Proactively research market trends in the Abu Dhabi real estate

sector to pitch, develop, and execute innovative content concepts that align with brand objectives.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and safeguard the brand’s visual identity across all platforms,

ensuring high-quality aesthetics consistent with luxury real estate standards.

Technical Competencies & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects,

Photoshop, Illustrator).

AI Tools: Proven experience in leveraging AI platforms for design, video enhancement, or creative

automation.

Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in a Creative Agency or Real Estate development

firm.

Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio/showreel demonstrating proficiency in both video production

and graphic design.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Soft Skills & Requirements

Proactivity: Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects from inception to

delivery.

Execution Focus: Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a highpressure

environment.

Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi (On-site requirement).

Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is preferred for on-site property filming.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per hour
