Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and control all company documents related to real estate operations including contracts, agreements, approvals, permits, drawings, and correspondence</li><li>Maintain an organized digital filing system while working from home</li><li>Ensure proper document registration, tracking, and version control</li><li>Maintain accurate document registers and logs for all incoming and outgoing documents</li><li>Coordinate with Sales, Leasing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams via email, phone, or online platforms</li><li>Visit the Municipality and other government authorities to submit, follow up, and collect documents, approvals, and permits as required</li><li>Handle documentation related to property registration, NOCs, approvals, and licenses</li><li>Monitor expiry dates of important documents and inform concerned departments for timely renewal</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of all company and client documents</li><li>Prepare reports on document status, pending approvals, and submissions when required</li><li>Work from home on regular days and visit the office only 2 days per week for coordination, filing, and document handover</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate / municipality regulations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Male UAE National (Emirati) only</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field</li><li>Prior experience with Municipality and government document submissions preferred</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Good communication skills in Arabic and English</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
