Job PurposeThe Content Creator &amp; Multimedia Designer is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-qualityvisual content that drives brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a unique blend oftechnical videography, cinematic editing, professional graphic design, and the integration of AI-drivencreative tools. The incumbent must be a proactive &quot;idea generator&quot; capable of executing high-endproperty marketing assets with minimal supervision in a fast-paced real estate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesVideography &amp; Post-Production: Handle full-cycle video production, including storyboarding, onsitefilming (property tours, lifestyle content), and advanced post-production (color grading, soundengineering, and motion graphics).Graphic &amp; Digital Design: Create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social mediaplatforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and print-ready marketing collateral (brochures, outdoorsignage).AI Platform Management: Actively utilize and implement AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, AdobeFirefly, Runway) to optimize workflow efficiency, generate concepts, and enhance visual output.Content Strategy &amp; Ideation: Proactively research market trends in the Abu Dhabi real estatesector to pitch, develop, and execute innovative content concepts that align with brand objectives.Brand Consistency: Maintain and safeguard the brand&rsquo;s visual identity across all platforms,ensuring high-quality aesthetics consistent with luxury real estate standards.Technical Competencies &amp; QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects,Photoshop, Illustrator).AI Tools: Proven experience in leveraging AI platforms for design, video enhancement, or creativeautomation.Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of professional experience in a Creative Agency or Real Estate developmentfirm.Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio/showreel demonstrating proficiency in both video productionand graphic design.&bull;&bull;&bull;&bull;&bull;&bull;&bull;&bull;&bull;Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.Soft Skills &amp; RequirementsProactivity: Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects from inception todelivery.Execution Focus: Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a highpressureenvironment.Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi (On-site requirement).Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is preferred for on-site property filming.Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>do you have real estate experience ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>real estate : 4 years (Required)</li><li>developments: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
