Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller to oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of construction projects. You will play a key role in supporting the project team with cost tracking, variance analysis, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial goals are met.Key Responsibilities: Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets in coordination with project managers and estimators.</li><li>Track actual project costs against budgeted costs.</li><li>Identify and analyze cost variances; provide early warnings and recommendations.</li></ul>Forecasting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and earned value analysis (EVA).</li><li>Generate periodic cost reports for internal stakeholders and clients.</li><li>Forecast final project cost (Estimate at Completion - EAC).</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Invoicing<ul><li>Verify and track costs from subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.</li><li>Support invoice processing and reconciliation with procurement and finance teams.</li><li>Evaluate and track change orders and their budget impact.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Systems<ul><li>Use software such as Excel, Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, or Procore for cost management.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for audits and reviews.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Liaise with project managers, engineers, finance teams, and site personnel.</li><li>Assist in contract administration, risk assessment, and financial audits.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and financial principles.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and cost control software (Primavera, SAP, Oracle, etc.).</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Certification in Cost Control (e.g., CCP by AACE) is a plus.</li><li>Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>COSTCONTROLLING: 4 years (Required)</li><li>CONSTRUCTIONS: 4 years (Required)</li><li>PROJECT COSTCONTROLLING: 4 years (Required)</li><li>CIVIL ENGINEERING: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>ARABIC (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>COSTCONTROLLING (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>
