Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time – Secondment Role)

Secondment: Assigned full-time to a client site

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be seconded to one of our key clients, working closely with their internal teams to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with brand strategy and communication objectives.

This role requires a talented, detail-oriented designer with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals across multiple platforms. Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates to support bilingual content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for:
• Social media content (static & animated)
• Marketing campaigns and advertisements
• Corporate presentations and reports
• Branding and visual identity materials
• Event and exhibition collaterals
• Adapt and localize designs for Arabic and English audiences
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication strategies
• Collaborate closely with:
• Client marketing and communications teams
• Content creators and copywriters
• External vendors (printing, production, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-impact work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Motion graphics tools (After Effects is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of:
• Branding and visual identity
• Digital and social media design trends
• Typography, layout, and color theory
• Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site at client premises (secondment role)
