Position: Content Creator /Graphic Designer

Job Summary
The Content Writer / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content in both textual and visual formats. This role combines creative writing, graphic design, and video editing expertise to produce compelling marketing materials, social media assets, website visuals, and promotional videos. The individual will manage end-to-end content production — from conceptualization to final delivery — ensuring consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Key Job Responsibilities
Content Writing
- Write engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, blogs, landing pages, emailers, brochures, and social media.
- Develop SEO-optimized articles and marketing copy.
- Conduct research and gather information to produce accurate and insightful content.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain a content production calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
Graphic Design
- Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, banners, advertisements, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats: web, mobile, print, and video overlays.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for visual conceptualization.
- Stay updated with modern design trends, typography rules, and color principles.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for brand promotions, reels, YouTube content, testimonials, and marketing communication.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, animations, overlays, and audio enhancements to video projects.
- Create short promotional clips, introduction videos, and motion graphic content.
- Work with script/storyboard guidance and maintain quality standards.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.)
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure messaging accuracy.
- Suggest new content strategies, visual storytelling ideas, and branding enhancements.
- Manage multiple creative tasks concurrently with time efficiency.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files, content drafts, and video assets.
Preferred Competencies (Skills & Attributes)
Content Skills
- Strong command of English writing — storytelling, grammar, editing, vocabulary.
- Knowledge of SEO writing and keyword-based content creation.
- Ability to write in multiple tones — corporate, casual, promotional, educational.
Design Skills
Proficient in tools like:
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
- Canva (preferred for rapid content output)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, branding, and visual balance.
Video Editing Skills
Skilled in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (added advantage)
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
- CapCut or mobile editors for quick reel content
- Understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: minimum 2 years of proven work experience as:
- Content Writer / Copywriter
- Graphic Designer
- Video Editor(or combination roles)
Portfolio required with:
- Written samples
- Design samples
- Video content or reel samples
Additional Advantage (Nice-to-have)
- Experience working in digital marketing environments.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Ability to assist in concept development for campaigns or scripts.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX layouts for web content.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
