Content Creator and Marketing Associate

Job Overview

Mndandwellness is a fashion brand built around destigmatizing mental health through intentional design. We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator & Social Media Associate to help us grow our brand organically and connect authentically with our community. This is a paid position ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media and genuinely cares about what we stand for.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit engaging short-form video content and graphics for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Post consistently across all platforms and maintain a content schedule aligned with brand drops and campaigns
• Engage with our followers, responding to comments, DMs, and building genuine community
• Develop content that drives organic growth and ultimately generates sales
• Represent the brand on camera for product showcases, try-ons, and occasional TikTok Lives during new drops or Q&As
• Assist with packaging content and behind-the-scenes brand storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
• A natural understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and what makes content perform
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
• Self-motivated - able to take creative direction and run with it independently
• Genuinely aligned with wellness, mental health awareness, and streetwear culture
• Pinterest experience is a plus

• This role is focused on organic growth - no paid ads experience required right now
• TikTok Lives are occasional, not a daily requirement
• You’ll be part of a small, intentional team where your creativity directly shapes the brand

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
