Oceans Luxury Realty is one of the fastest-growing luxury real estate and property management companies in the area. We are a full-service, multi-entity organization headquartered in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida that specializes in Real Estate Sales, Long-Term Property Management, and Short-Term Property Management (Vacation Rentals).
We are actively expanding across multiple industries, with ongoing projects, new developments, and personal brand initiatives under our umbrella. This role will also support the marketing efforts of our sister company, Skins Sculpting, which focuses on wellness and body contouring.
We are seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Manager responsible for creating, managing, and growing our social media presence across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can film, edit, post, engage, and strategically grow accounts—not just schedule content.
As we continue to grow, our focus is on strengthening our social media presence, increasing engagement, and consistently generating leads across all platforms. The primary goal of this role is to drive engagement, expand our reach, and generate leads that contribute directly to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Film and create short-form video content
- Capture on-site content at properties, events, and business locations
- Edit videos and photos for social media use
- Create graphics, flyers, and promotional visuals (Canva/Adobe)
Social Media Management
- Manage accounts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Schedule and post content consistently
- Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and platform changes
Growth & Engagement
- Actively engage with other accounts to grow reach
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on results
- Grow followers, engagement, and overall account activity
Campaigns & Strategy
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Research trends, hashtags, and content opportunities
- Allocate budget appropriately for boosted posts or campaigns
- Adjust campaigns based on performance
Facebook Marketing & Listings
- Post and manage listings (especially rental properties) on FB Marketplace
- Keep pricing, availability, and details updated
- Respond to inquiries and route leads appropriately
Local Content & Events
- Stay aware of local events and trends
- Capture content at events when needed
- Use local relevance to drive engagement and visibility
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (REQUIRED)
- Strong understanding of Hashtags, Trends, and Social media growth strategies
- Comfortable filming content in real environments
- Highly organized, consistent, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Fast and efficient with computers and digital tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property management, or lifestyle brands
- Photography experience
- Experience growing social media accounts
Additional Requirements
- To be considered for this position, applicants must submit their portfolio or proof of past marketing performance by providing examples of social media accounts they have managed and content examples (videos, graphics, campaigns etc.)
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
