The Role

We’re looking for someone with taste.

A Content Creator & Social Media Manager who understands nuance, lighting, composition—and how to turn everyday moments into something worth saving. This role is about shaping the visual language of La Byci across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Create refined, on-brand photo & video content (outfits, lifestyle, in-store moments)
• Own Instagram + TikTok: posting, planning, and visual direction
• Capture content in real time (drops, clients, daily store energy)
• Maintain a clean, consistent, elevated aesthetic
• Write simple, intentional captions (no fluff)
• Stay ahead of trends—but filter them through our brand lens
• Engage with our audience in a thoughtful, human way

You Might Be a Fit If

• You naturally notice good lighting, textures, and composition
• Your camera roll already looks like a brand campaign
• You understand fashion, athleisure, or boutique retail
• You prefer minimal, elevated, intentional over loud and busy
• You can execute without being micromanaged

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram/TikTok
• Strong photo/video editing skills (phone or camera)
• Portfolio or social links (required to be considered)
