Heart of Sun is an elevated women’s fashion brand specializing in swimwear and ready-to-wear. We are a fast-growing, creative, and detail-oriented brand looking for someone who is equally creative and operationally strong to join our team.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who can execute at a high level, solve problems independently, and take ownership of their work.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Part-Time Content & Operations Assistant who can support both content creation and daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in filming, editing, and producing high-quality content. You must be comfortable working independently and thinking critically without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Media (50%)

• Film TikToks, Reels, and product content
• Set up lighting and shooting environments independently
• Edit videos (short-form preferred) with strong pacing and brand alignment
• Assist in creative direction and execution of shoots
• Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
• Maintain consistent aesthetic and brand tone

Operations & Fulfillment (50%)

• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Conduct quality control checks on garments
• Organize inventory
• Assist with basic Shopify product uploads
• Support with general in-office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and video editing
• Strong understanding of lighting, filming, and short-form video trends
• Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently without needing constant direction
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Must be local and available for in-person work
