If you already make content, play games, and want real experience — this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Capture gameplay across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation
- Create content daily including gameplay clips, reactions, and product demos
- Add captions, overlays, and basic motion graphics
- Help create ad creative (video + stills) for social campaigns
- Post content and engage with comments and messages
- Work with a small team to test content ideas and improve performance
- Assist with product photos, video shoots, and website visuals as needed
Requirements
- You actively create content (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- You play video games regularly
- You can edit video (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
- You understand short-form content, hooks, and pacing
- You can move fast and stay consistent
- Comfortable on camera or strong behind the camera
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills
- Familiarity with OBS, capture cards, or gameplay recording
- Any connection to the deaf or hard-of-hearing community
What You’ll Get
- Real portfolio work (content and ads that actually run)
- Hands-on experience with a product launch
- Direct access to the founder and a small team
- A fast-paced, creative environment (not corporate)
Work Environment
On-site in Zeeland, Michigan. You’ll work in a gaming garage setup with multiple PCs, consoles, and production space.
