Position: Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Status: Full Time

The FXPT Content Creator & Social Media Specialist will work closely with our Marketing, Clinical Excellence, and Leadership teams to craft and execute dynamic, engaging, and on-brand content for our digital platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role is both strategic and creative, playing a key part in shaping our digital voice and storytelling approach. You’ll collaborate with our in-house videographer, Marketing Manager, and Clinical Excellence Team to bring campaigns and educational content to life through compelling, visually engaging video and multimedia assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead content strategy and execution across all FXPT digital channels by developing engaging, high-quality content that reflects our mission and is tailored to the tone, voice, and audience of each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Manage a strategic content calendar that aligns with clinic events, seasonal campaigns, and timely topics while staying responsive to social media trends and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with the in-house videographer, Marketing Manager, and Clinical Excellence Team to provide creative direction for video shoots - shaping campaign themes, scripting, interviews, and visual storytelling that bring educational and brand content to life.
  • Coordinate with clinicians and internal teams on content production; making informed recommendations for talent, locations, and logistics while developing stories that highlight patient milestones, clinical insights, practice updates, and culturally relevant narratives.
  • Make strategic recommendations and implement paid social advertising campaigns across platforms—including creative development, audience targeting, and performance optimization—to complement and extend organic reach.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance and social media metrics, using insights to refine strategy, drive engagement, and support audience growth across both organic and paid efforts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with FXPT’s brand guide, maintaining a consistent tone, visual identity, and message across all media formats.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly regarding patient privacy, content permissions, and healthcare marketing standards.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose content, streamline creative workflows, and increase production efficiency while maximizing content impact.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable, and approachable brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Creative and proactive with a strong eye for storytelling, tone, and brand voice—passionate about producing high-impact content that informs, inspires, and builds community across platforms.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, YouTube channel strategy, and paid campaign management.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates content creation across multiple formats (video, graphics, captions, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with videographers or creative teams on multimedia projects.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and design/editing platforms (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut).
  • Knowledge of YouTube best practices, video SEO, and audience development strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong familiarity with brand identity and apply UI/UX best practices to ensure cohesive, engaging, and user-friendly visual content across all digital platforms.
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or fitness marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
