Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, fashion-savvy, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Content Creator & Customer Engagement Specialist. This role is at the heart of our pre-loved luxury fashion brand, combining content creation, live selling, and customer assistance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to connect with customers both visually and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Style, shoot, and edit editorial-quality photos and videos of pre-loved luxury products.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, styling tutorials, trend-based content).
- Write compelling captions and product highlights that reflect our luxury resale brand.
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all platforms.
Live Selling & On-Camera Presence
- Host live selling sessions on Instagram/Facebook to showcase products, answer queries, and drive sales.
- Confidently present product details, styling tips, and authenticity highlights during live sessions.
- Engage with viewers in real-time to create an interactive, luxury shopping experience.
Customer Interaction & Assistance
- Respond to customer queries (DMs, comments, and live session questions) promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to match customer preferences.
- Assist with customer concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive shopping journey.
- Support customers in making confident purchase decisions.
E-Commerce & Social Media Management
- Ensure pre-loved products are styled, presented, and published online/social media with engaging descriptions and visuals.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce/inventory team for product uploads and updates.
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor analytics to track performance of posts, reels, and live sessions, recommending improvements.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to boost community engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in fashion content creation, social media, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in live selling/hosting.
- Proficiency in editing tools (Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver under deadlines.
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and sustainability.

Job Details
- Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-Site)
- Salary Range: PKR 75,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience)
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
