We’re looking for a multi-skilled Content Creator / Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality visual and written content for digital and offline marketing. This role blends strong design skills with confident copywriting to support brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic and Visual Design

  • Create assets for digital campaigns: social media posts, display ads, emailers.
  • Design print materials: brochures, flyers, hoardings, newspaper ads.
  • Produce presentations, sales kits, proposals.
  • Develop branding elements: logos, identities, signage.
  • Create infographics, website banners, landing page visuals, UI elements.
  • Produce animated and motion graphics.

Content Creation

  • Write copy for ads, campaigns, social media.
  • Create property descriptions, USP messaging, blog/website content.
  • Develop email/WhatsApp content, scripts, storyboards.
  • Write PR materials and social captions.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update brand assets.
  • Develop templates and manage brand library.

Campaign Support

  • Work with marketing team on concepts and executions.
  • Produce creative variations for A/B testing.
  • Create launch/event and seasonal campaign assets.
  • Support performance team with ad creatives.

Photo and Video Coordination

  • Coordinate shoots with photographers/videographers.
  • Participate in shoots and event coverage.
  • Edit and retouch images; create video content for social media.
  • Maintain media library.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design tasks with deadlines.
  • Collaborate with freelancers/agencies.
  • Maintain organized files and version control.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or similar.
  • 2–4 years in design + content creation (real estate/B2C a plus).
  • Strong portfolio covering both visual and written work.

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — expert level.
  • Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW.
  • Basic HTML/CSS — a plus.
  • Social media content specs understanding.
  • Photography & editing skills.

Creative & Soft Skills

  • Strong visual design, typography, storytelling.
  • Ability to convert marketing goals into creative concepts.
  • Trend awareness.
  • Attention to detail, fast delivery, time management.
  • Strong communication; open to feedback.
