Job Role: Content Creator - Influencer (Instagram & YouTube)

Location: On-site, [Bangalore office]

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator who lives and breathes

Instagram and YouTube. If you love spotting trends, shooting Reels, editing Shorts, and coming

up with quick, relatable ideas that get people talking — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create Content: Brainstorm, shoot & edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and posts for the

brand.

● Spot Trends: Stay on top of what’s trending on social media and turn those trends into

brand stories.

● Drive UGC: Encourage followers to create and share their own content through fun

challenges and campaigns.

● Track Performance: Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and suggest ways

to improve.

● Collaborate: Work closely with brand, creative, and marketing teams to bring ideas to

life.

Requirements:

● You’re an active Instagram and YouTube user who creates and posts often.

● Comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).

● Basic video editing skills and a strong sense of what makes content engaging.

● A good eye for digital trends, pop culture, and internet humor.

● Self-driven, proactive, and open to experimenting with new ideas.

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone who can think of quick social ideas and create videos independently. We’re looking

for people who already post regularly on their personal Instagram — especially Reels. You could

come from any background (writing, editing, design, etc.) as long as you love creating content.
