Content Creator- Instagram Reels & TikTok (Freelance / Part-Time)

Job Summary

The Bunny Hive Austin is looking for a freelance Content Creator to help film and edit engaging, on-brand Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikToks. This role is perfect for a social-savvy creative who loves capturing authentic moments and making beautiful short-form video content.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of content marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Film short-form video content at our studio during classes/events (1-2x/week)
• Edit videos with captions, audio, transitions, and branding
• Collaborate with our team to plan and batch content
• Deliver 2-4 polished videos per week
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new content formats (e.g., videos, infographics).
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

Experience

• Experience creating content for IG and TikTok (please send examples)
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
• Knack for storytelling and trend-spotting
• Reliable, communicative, and creative
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for keyword research.
• Strong editing skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality output
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks is a plus.
• Bonus: Photography or basic graphic design skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
