About the Role:

Are you a creative content creator looking to get hands-on experience with real digital marketing campaigns? Join our growing marketing team in a paid, part-time role where you’ll create engaging content and learn the ins and outs of paid media, content strategy, and campaign performance.

This is a 3-month paid opportunity designed for emerging creators ready to build their portfolio, learn valuable skills, and potentially grow into a larger role within our team.

What You’ll Learn

• Organic & Paid Social Media Campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads)
• Google Ads & Paid Search Campaign Structure
• Competitor & Market Research
• Email Marketing (Outbound & Inbound)
• Conversion-Focused Content Strategy
• Campaign Testing, Reporting, and Optimization

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form video content (behind-the-scenes, promos, ads)
• Brainstorm and execute social-first creative campaigns
• Film and edit content using our equipment
• Write ad copy and design visuals to support campaigns
• Join weekly strategy and reporting sessions

What You’ll Receive

• $20/hour for 20 hours per week

• Mentorship in performance marketing, strategy, and analytics
• Real-world experience with client and in-house campaigns
• Potential to transition into a longer-term role
