Content Creator – (Night Shift )

Smart Brains BPO is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator (female preferred) to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content across various digital platforms to strengthen our brand and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, job ads, newsletters, and the company website.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for recruitment campaigns and internal communications.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing to design eye-catching visuals for posts and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content (basic graphic design skills a plus).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in content creation or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Location: Shamsabad, Rawalpindi
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM
