Role Summary
We are seeking for a confident, articulate camera-facing Content Creator to represent our B2B real estate brand across digital platforms. This role requires someone comfortable on camera, with strong communication skills and a professional presence, to deliver high-quality video content aimed at brokers, developers and industry stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a Western expat with a neutral English accent, strong presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex real estate or business topics into engaging, credible content.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the on-screen presenter for brand, product, and thought-leadership content
- Create talking-head videos, explainers, interviews, and market insights
- Present B2B real estate topics including market trends and insights, investment and developer updates, product/platform walkthrough and industry commentary and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams on scripts and messaging
- Deliver content for LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media
- Maintain a polished, credible, and consistent brand presence on camera
- Support content ideation and basic scripting where required
- Participate in regular content shoots (studio or on-location)
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a camera-facing content creator, presenter, or spokesperson
- Fluent English with a neutral or Western accent
- Strong on-camera confidence and professional presence
- Ability to communicate complex B2B topics clearly and concisely
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn or professional audiences
- Comfortable following scripts and delivering structured messaging
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Experience (nice to have)
- Background in real estate, proptech, finance, or B2B SaaS
- Experience working with founders, CEOs, or leadership teams
- Scriptwriting or content planning experience
- Familiarity with UAE or international real estate markets
- Understanding of social-first video formats and best practices
