Responsible to develop, manage and lead the content creation strategy for the Company and its brands, across all offline and online marketing and advertising channels, including product shoots, videos creation & edits, and visual content development, in compliance with Company Branding standards and marketing SOPs. Work in a fast-paced environment, shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the brand for marketing collaterals including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing, and event content. Analyse the outcomes ensuring the content has targeted reach and that all content is in line with our brand identity and F&B industry-best practices. Managing the day-to-day content creation activities and contribute towards Company’s long-term marketing and content strategy goals.
- Responsible for planning, creating, and updating visual identity and visual content creation strategy of the Company, with a focus on photography and videography.
- Enhance the online experience on the website and social media and plan out the Company’s branding content for the wider portfolio.
- Serve as the brands primary videographer and photographer for the creation of all marketing content including but not limited to promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements.
- Capture high quality event content capturing fun, brand friendly moments both candid and on some occasions staged.
- Develop product content including but not limited to food & drink, locations, staff, clothing.
- Develop content for marketing collateral and digital marketing contents for all platforms in line with Company’s branding strategy and SOPs.
- Utilize all the social media channels to the fullest, making sure content is drawing sufficient exposure and reach in view of prescribed KPIs
- Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing
- content and editing for the needs of output.
- Curate a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press.
- Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital assets.
- Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualisation, music and voice overs to create professional grade content.
- Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project
- To work with clearly detailed content briefs provided as well as creating content briefs
- Secure and archive permissions for use of photo images for individuals
- To be up to date on video and photography trends to ensure we are at the forefront of content.
- Participate in marketing meetings
- Assisting the marketing team with daily marketing tasks and obtaining all creative and marketing objectives
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services in view of the campaign’s outcomes.
- Evaluating competitors
- Build brand awareness and positioning.
- Be updated of the latest trends and industry-best practices in F&B industry and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
