Aesthetic Clinic hiring a confident and well-organized Content Creator & Patient Management Executive to manage clinic operations and maintain our social media presence. The ideal candidate will handle patient communication, appointment management, and basic content posting for the clinic’s digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients visiting the clinic with professionalism and care.

Manage daily appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain patient records and ensure smooth coordination with the dentist and staff.

Handle patient inquiries from both walk-ins and social media platforms.

Create and post basic content (photos, short videos, or updates) on social media pages.

Respond to messages, comments, and feedback on online channels.

Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all patients.

Requirements:

Punctual and responsible.

Good communication and management skills.

Confident personality with a polite attitude.

Active on social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

Basic knowledge of mobile apps like Canva or CapCut is a plus.
