The Role

We are hiring a Content Creator to build our Fussbally Academy social media channels. With FSC Academy we want to create engaging, educational content that helps kids to improve their technical soccer skills through drills, challenges and tutorials for all levels.

This is a full-time, high-ownership role for someone with a very strong work rate. This person will play a major role in helping to build and grow our social media channels for our Fussbally Academy. This role will be focused on content creation. It is for someone who likes responsibility and wants their work to matter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Filming: Producing content with a proper camera and iPhone equipment
• Video editing: Edit footage into long- and short-form content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
• Copywriting: Create clear and engaging scripts that explain soccer drills and techniques in a way that is easy for kids to understand and follow.
• Channel Management: Be responsible for the community management, upload schedule and the analytics of our content

What Success Looks Like

• Creating engaging, high-quality content with an organic growth of viewership
• Increasing followership on our channels
• Growing revenue by transitioning followers into customers of our FSC Academy
• Building a strong and recognisable FSC Academy brand that becomes a trusted source for youth soccer skill development

Who We’re Looking For

• Extremely high ownership

• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Canva and other editing softwares
• Comfortable with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Able to operate in a fast-moving environment without needing everything perfectly structured
• Excited by the idea of helping build something meaningful, not just to create content

• Turning soccer drills into engaging video content that people actually want to watch.
• Creating long- and short-form content that drives views, engagement, and follower growth.
• Filming and editing quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Taking ownership of projects from idea to publication without constant direction.
• Managing multiple content projects while consistently hitting deadlines.
• Using analytics and audience feedback to improve content performance over time.

This Role Is Probably Not for You If

• You need a highly corporate, highly structured environment to perform
• You are looking for a remote-only position
• You are uncomfortable with occasional evening or weekend work when the business needs it
• You view content creation as simply posting videos rather than understanding what drives followers into customers
• You are primarily interested in strategy and ideation but not hands-on content creation and editing.
