About the Role
We’re looking for a Chattanooga-based Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator who can take direction and turn it into high-quality, on-brand content consistently.

This is an execution-focused role. You will not be responsible for overall strategy but you will play a key part in bringing our brand to life through content.

You should be creative, organized, and able to move quickly without constant oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and organize content (video clips, photos, behind-the-scenes footage)
• Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms
• Create engaging, on-brand posts that align with provided direction and themes
• Execute a weekly content plan based on brand strategy
• Coordinate with local models and talent for content shoots
• Assist with planning and running LIVE sales events
• Help maintain a consistent, elevated brand presence across platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Chattanooga, TN and available to work in-person 3 days/week
• Strong video editing skills (short-form content required)
• A clear sense of visual taste and understanding of what performs on social media
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage content without hand-holding
• Personable and comfortable coordinating with models and collaborators
• Able to take direction and execute quickly and efficiently
• Understanding of brand storytelling and content that builds connection

Requirements

• Portfolio of relevant work (short-form video content required)
• Ability to film and/or assist with content capture as needed
• Strong communication and follow-through.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
