Content Creator / Social Media Creative

We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and genuinely interested in content creation and social media.

You’ll be involved in multiple creative steps, including shooting, creating, and shaping the content across different brands, from restaurants and lifestyle to real estate and local businesses.

We’re a small, fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone well-rounded or excited to learn and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shoot content on-site (iPhone + light camera work if applicable)
• Capture trendy, platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Help plan and style shoots (food layout, props, angles, etc.)
• Assist in building out Instagram feeds and content calendars for clients
• Write captions that feel natural, modern, and on-brand
• Schedule and post content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in social media + content creation
• Experience in at least one: photography, design, or video
• Good eye for aesthetics
• Understanding of trends and what performs well on IG/TikTok
• Comfortable shooting content in real-world environments (restaurants, events, businesses, etc.)
• Someone who notices the little details (lighting, composition, design...)
• Organized and able to execute without constant direction
• Curious and willing to learn (we’ll help you grow your skillset!)

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with cameras (or willing to learn the basics)
• Graphic design (whether it be on Canva or Adobe)
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc., for something like an Instagram Reel)
• Experience creating content for restaurants/hospitality is a big plus

• Can go from shooting content → to building a post → to publishing it
