content creator & social media manager

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Create original, high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, reels, stories, posts, captions, blogs) aligned with the hospital’s brand identity.
  • Produce educational, promotional, and awareness content related to cosmetic procedures, patient care, wellness, and hospital services.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff to develop medically accurate and ethically compliant content.
  • Ensure all content is reviewed and approved internally before publishing, in accordance with DHA healthcare advertising standards.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Manage and grow Bella Roma’s official social media platforms, including but not limited to:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Snapchat (if applicable)
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, and appointment inquiries.
  • Monitor trends in cosmetic healthcare marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Schedule posts, manage daily publishing, and ensure consistency in tone and branding.

3. Community & Reputation Management

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner while respecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Escalate medical inquiries to the appropriate clinical or administrative team.
  • Monitor online reviews and assist in maintaining a positive digital reputation for the hospital.

4. Compliance & Ethical Marketing

  • Ensure all content complies with:
  • DHA healthcare advertising regulations
  • UAE laws and guidelines
  • Hospital policies on patient consent and confidentiality
  • Obtain and archive written patient consent forms for any patient-related content.
  • Avoid misleading claims, exaggerated results, or unauthorized medical advice in published content.
  • Coordinate with management for approval of paid advertisements and promotional campaigns.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports including:
  • Reach and engagement metrics
  • Follower growth
  • Campaign effectiveness
  • Lead generation insights
  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis and audience behavior.

6. Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work closely with:
  • Marketing team
  • Doctors and medical staff
  • Front desk and patient coordination teams
  • Support hospital events, launches, promotions, and awareness campaigns with real-time coverage.
  • Assist in branding initiatives and marketing materials beyond social media when required. Additional Responsibilities – Graphic Design & Visual Branding1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Development
  • Design high-quality digital graphics for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, banners, and advertisements.

2. Branding & Marketing Materials

  • Design marketing and branding materials including:
  • Flyers, brochures, posters, roll-ups, and standees
  • Presentation templates and internal communication materials
  • Digital screens and in-hospital display visuals
  • Maintain and update brand templates to ensure consistency across all departments.
  • Support rebranding initiatives, visual updates, and campaign refreshes as directed by management.

3. Advertising & Paid Media Design

  • Design creatives for paid digital advertisements across social media and online platforms.
  • Ensure advertising visuals comply with DHA healthcare advertising standards and UAE regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to adjust designs based on campaign performance and feedback.

4. Collaboration & Approval Workflow

  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and management to ensure visual content is medically accurate and approved prior to publishing.
  • Incorporate feedback from management and regulatory requirements into final designs.
  • Maintain an organized design approval and archiving system for audits and inspections.

5. Quality Control & File Management

  • Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards in resolution, layout, readability, and professionalism.
  • Prepare final files in appropriate formats for digital, print, and in-hospital use.
  • Maintain organized digital archives of all design assets, source files, and approved visuals.

6. Innovation & Visual Trends

  • Stay updated with design trends in healthcare and cosmetic industries while maintaining professional medical aesthetics.
  • Introduce creative concepts that enhance brand visibility without compromising credibility or compliance.
  • Continuously improve design quality and workflow efficiency through new tools and techniques.

Additional Skills (Graphic Design Focus)

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate medical and cosmetic concepts into clear, ethical, and engaging visuals.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics suitable for a premium cosmetic hospital.
  • Create visually consistent designs aligned with Bella Roma Cosmetic Hospital’s branding guidelines (colors, typography, logos, tone).
  • Develop creative layouts for before/after educational visuals in compliance with DHA regulations and patient consent policies.
  • Design infographics to simplify medical and cosmetic information for patient education and awareness campaigns.
  • Create promotional designs for campaigns, offers, seasonal events, and service launches, ensuring ethical and accurate representation of medical services.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
